Front desk was absolutely kind! And the medical assistant was AMAZING, she was very gentle and caring. She did not rush me like my previous experience I had with medical assistant. Then the Nurse Practitioner(Rose) I believe that was her name she was incredible! Answer all my questions and attended me so well! Thanks you all for being an AMAZING team! Our experience was great on Saturday. I was told I can either schedule an appointment or walk in on Saturday. I know that this place gets busy so I risked it for a walk-in. When I get there they already had a about 15 people signed in and it wasn't even 830 yet. Needless to say I had to wait, but oh well. The girls in the front are amazing and the ones in the back are exceptional as well. I read all the negative comments about the wait, but it sure beats going to the ER (Parkland) and wait all day and not get seen. The girls at the front do tell us it is a bit of a wait so why complain if you decided to stay anyways. As for appointments same thing, it gets busy. I hope my 5 stars and review helps clear it up for this place that makes it very convenient for us all including prices for no insurance. Keep it up guys!

The Dr. (Rose) I think was her name also excellent in hearing all my problems and concerns her medical advise helped alot. Esta clinica puede estar ocupada, pero los médicos son muy profesionales y las chicas de enfrente hacen lo mejor que pueden con las personas que les gritan a veces. Sorprendidos no han gritado de nuevo. Jaja Como han dicho otros, la espera puede llevar un tiempo sin cita, pero sí te dicen que cuando entras y si eliges quedarte entonces ¿por qué quejarte? . Una vez que estás en la parte de atrás, las chicas de atrás también son profesionales y divertidas.No permita que los pocos comentarios negativos lo obliguen a ir a otro lugar, incluida la sala de emergencias, donde esperará todo el día. En resumen, todos son excelentes personas y gran cuidado, incluidos los precios.

I love this after moving back to Dallas 6 years ago we starting comming here again they have everythinh! Doctors dentists and for ur eyes too they us to have a pharmacy too kinda sad that went away but yea pretty cheap place too like me i don't have insurance but it beats the ER who is over 2,000 i recommend thus place yes the wait is long yes they put you on hold so i do say go in person but i mean there a lot of people try Parkland lol then say something about this clinic love you guys!

I was seen at this clinic on Saturday (02/16/2019) the experience was satisfactory. It all started with the lady at the front I believe her name was (Ada), she was so patience and always smiling. Of course, at the beginning the Doctor didn't arrive early, but she didn't hesitated to let us know that the Doctor was on his way. I wish there was more young lady like her everywhere. Oh, and not to say the Dr. he went in and listen to what I had to say, wished I had gotten his name because I really did went in sick. He was also so patience with me. For this reason is why, I give this clinic 5 stars, if possible more. If anyone ever go to this clinic just know that the girls there will treat kindly and with respect.

This clinic provided their services with excellence. I was very astonished by the level of care this medical clinic had to offer. I literally waited no more than 10 minutes to be serviced. With the type of service they provide and continuing to uphold their values, mission, and vision for their communities, I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the state of Texas. Edna Mariscal, The Regional Director of Operations was extremely helpful aiding in my process. Along with Veronica Salaices, PA-C who was my physician, has exceptional service in providing the best service possible. And also to mention Adriana Delgado as one of the best medical assistants this clinic has to offer.

Just called and spoke to a representative so I could be sure my child was totally up to date on all her vaccinations. The Rep's name was Will. He was so kind and courteous, and he gave me the information I needed very quickly. I really appreciate this kind of customer service, and people like Will who are willing to spend the time to find in the information for me.

Every single time I come in, Sylvia at the front desk ALWAYS remembers my name and my kids names. She is SO kind and acknowledges me and all parents as soon as I/we walk in the front door whether with a patient or not. She even remembers the personal things I tell her from my previous visit(s) and asks me about them no matter how long it's been since I've seen her. Kudos to her and the entire front desk staff as well as all the MA's, nurses, and doctors on board. Thank you all so much for what you do, including open late (7 pm) and even open Saturday morning for us working parents! Single mamma's too. We love you!!

Dr. Patt has been a great doctor to me and my siblings. I recently turned 18 and soon I will have to be leaving this Dr. Patt's care, I will miss her great compassion and extensive knowledge. She always has looked out for my best interest and those of my siblings. We have been going to MD Pediatrics for almost 3 years and have always been treated so well. I highly recommend this clinic (Bauchman Lake) to anyone. Thank you Dr. Patt!!

I really like this clinic my experience was really good the staff was super friendly and helpful especially alma and carla they were very helpful and I really appreciate all their help. Dr saad was super nice and my kids loved her ,she really paid attention to all of my concerns. I will definitely come back

My experience at this clinic was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and patient to answer any questions I had. The clinic was very crowded, but the staff handled it very well and professionally. I was attended to exactly at my appointment time and didn't have to wait. 10/10 would recommend!

I Really Liked This Clinic. The Doctors Are Great. The Ladies Are Very Sweet And Professional. Only Problem I Had Was When Calling To Reschedule Or Make An Appointment I Was Left On Hold For Almost An Hour. Other Then That It's A Very Good Place To Take Your Kids Or Yourself.

I went in for what I thought was a cold but turned out to be COVID-19. The dr was very friendly and my nurse, Elisa, did a great job at explaining information to me! Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely love the doctor when she is in the room. The wait time is long and front desk stuff on the other hand are rude in person and on the phone.
