If you have questions about your referral, please call or text our Referral Department at 214-377-4307.

Please do not contact the clinic that initiated your referral for status updates, as they will not have the most current information. Our Referral Department can assist you directly and provide updates on your referral status.

What to Expect:

• Referrals are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
• You will receive a portal message and a text message once your referral has been sent to the specialist.
• Be sure to verify your phone number at each doctor’s visit to ensure you receive timely updates.
