Completed high school at Cinco Ranch High School in Katy Texas, received my Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health from Texas
A&M University in College Station with a Minor in Spanish, then obtained my Master of Science (MS) in Physician Assistant Studies at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Grew up in Texas most of my life but have also lived in Florida for a few years as a child. My grandmother is from Mexico, so growing up I always embraced and enjoyed learning about the Hispanic culture on my mother’s side. My father was German and did not speak Spanish, so unfortunately they were unable to teach me Spanish as a child, but I learned how to communicate in Spanish through listening to my mother and grandmother speak, and then practiced it more in high school where I learned how to write in Spanish as well.
In my spare time I like to exercise, go hiking, practice guitar and spend time with family and friends.
