My mom went in to ask if she can get a curtain refill for a medication as a nurse practitioner's assistant has told her before that she can call or go to the clinic whenever she needed to. However, she went in today to ask if she can get a refill and one of the front desk assistants completely denied her from any help followed by a really nasty attitude.

Worst clinic I ever been to!! Do not go to this clinic they are very rude and do don’t take care of patients like there supposed to! I had an appointment and they passed me back and told me that the doctor couldn’t see me. They should’ve told me before hand that they were already “over booked” Instead of making me go in and waste my time I even took the day off from work for nothing !!! This place is very unprofessional and dirty!

This was the worst experience. I called in to ask if they were accepting walk in and new patient I was told yes and I could make an appointment. I made the appointment for 4:30pm get to the clinic at 4:12 pay for the co pay sit and wait in the lobby for over 30 mins just to be called to the front at 4:50pm so they could tell me the nurse I was supposed to see is leaving early and there was nobody else I could see because they stop taking new patients at 3:30pm. Very irritating irresponsible lazy careless. Worst clinic ever. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

These people are rip offs they wanted to do more bloods work for what u have all the paperwork. And still won't look at it and it's from Baylor. And the want to take more blood d So they can get money . And all in need was my my meds . I came with 4 in of paperwork and not one person even looked at it! Why more money . I'm not paying more money for everything they ran on me at Baylor mo money!

The doctor is great but the front desk is horrible. I called to set up an appointment and the person kept me on hold for 30mins! I had to hang up and call again. When you have to check out, they will let you stand there without directing you to another assistant who can help. The attitude on their faces as if its your fault they had to work there. So irritating.

My experience at this clinic was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and patient to answer any questions I had. The clinic was very crowded, but the staff handled it very well and professionally. I was attended to exactly at my appointment time and didn't have to wait. 10/10 would recommend!

Jasmin: lead of front office Andrea: receptionist They are both very rude & gave me the run around for 1 hour and 9 minutes only to accept the information that i presented in the beginning. They need customer service training and jist because a person is of african american decent doesnt mean he/she doesnt understand spanish. They assumed i did t understand them as they sat and cursed and called me every name under the sun in spanish.

I went in for what I thought was a cold but turned out to be COVID-19. The dr was very friendly and my nurse, Elisa, did a great job at explaining information to me! Would definitely recommend!

If I could give a 0 rating I would. This is the worst clinic I have been to. Do not go to this clinic, THEY VIOLATE the STANDARD OF CARE for patients. I went in as an emergency patient and the receptionist denied for me to be seen because I did not have an appointment and because they close at 12. How unprofessional, someone can be dying and have an emergency and they deny treatment and violate the Hippocratic Oath. What a HORRIBLE experience. She also had the nerve to tell me that there were other patients waiting and that I didn’t have an appointment, while they have a HUGE sign that says “walk-ins are welcomed.” LIES!!! I asked to speak to a manager or the doctor and they refused. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, and they don’t care about their patients.

This clinic has the worst most unprofessional customer service ever, they never answer the phone nor return voice messages, I need to find my mom a new clinic I've been telling her for years to change clinics, but she likes her provider. My mother has been left with out diabetic medications for DAYS (several different times) due to lack of commination from this clinic. Calls are never returned within 24hrs. This clinic makes me feel like my mom is a number ($$$) not a patient. This clinic has fallen down hill big time. ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE!

Irving location - one of the practitioners makes up rules a refuses to provide care/testing and she says that it is policy. When asked about the policy it does not exist. Treatment is one thing, testing is another and she refuses to give folks a test for COVID. BAD PRACTITIONERS HERE. Go somewhere else. Not all the staff may be bad buy she gives the entire practice and MD Group/ family clinic a bad name.

I scheduled my appointment over the phone, no problems there. I arrived about 7 minutes early, I used the link that they texted to me to check in, And then proceeded to wait. I waited about 40 minutes and decided to call them to ask how much longer I needed to wait and to make sure I was parked at the right place. The girl that I talked to said they would call me when they were ready for me and that they would tell me where to see them, and that they had up to a 2 hour wait. After 2 hours of waiting I got a phone call asking if I was there and if I had checked in, I said yes, the girl then said that their online check in system wasn’t working and that I need to drive around to the other side of the building to check in. I then had to wait again for them because nothing had been set up for my kids to get tested. All this could have been avoided if any of the people that I spoke to had told me that I had to check-in in person on the other side of the building and that their online system doesn’t work. I will never be back to this location. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Denton location,I had an appointment on 12/7 2020 my provider for the day was Kim K was very disappointed I've been going to MD Family Clinic for many years and also had my kids go to this Clinic as children now they're adults. my provider for that day Kim told me that this place is for just a acute medicine and illness. I was just asking for equestrian or cholestyramine. That I have been proscribed since 2016 and originally prescribed by gastroenterologist specialist. Formost anybody that's had their gallbladder taken out knows how debilitating bile acid malabsorption mixed with IBS is. I was on disability for 3 years for these chronic issues. Literally there is nothing on the market for bile acid absorption only questran. This means I would lose my jobs and have to be put back on disability without this medicine. My provider for the day Kim K was a very friendly person but didn't give the time to look over my profile before she entered the room. she stated you need a refill for your cholesterol medicine. I'm not going to sit there and argue with the doctor. I paid good money to be seen by a physician and had labs done. She continued to say that i cannot have refills on my medicine if my labs came back elevated for my liver. I've never had Labs come back elevated for my liver plus I had a blood test done. But she kept on repeating this multiple times you know if your Labs come back I can't prescribe you this medicine. by that time I had been in that office for 3 hours. my appointment was at 1 and when I looked at my phone before the doctor entered it was 3. Questran or cholestyramine it's not absorbed by the body and does not cause liver injury. But for some reason Kim K kept on insisting that I remember that she will not prescribe me the medicine it's my liver enzymes come back elevated. I have been diagnosed with anxiety it's well-documented and it is in my file or chart. I just don't understand why this doctor Kim intentionally or unintentionally try to psychologically abused and patronize me. She didn't even know what I was using the medicine for. Could it not hurt to just a read my chart. This caused me a lot of anxiety and I missed two days of work. I have a psychiatrist appointment on the 14th of this month. In which they will be doing a full panel of labs. I'll spread my concern to my psychiatrist so it can be properly documented. I just don't want anybody to feel like I did. And worry about labs for medicine that has nothing to do with labs. Over all affecting my well being. Putting me in fear OF LOSING my income and to be able to support myself. not being able to function properly because of pain and discomfort ,having to go without this medicine!

Do not waste your time. Not even real doctors, they are nurse practitioners. My father needed a medical clearance and they took almost a month to clear him. On top of that the front desk are so rude. Very young girls who can care less about their patients. Do better MD

I just had a very heartbreaking moment at that clinic. Every time I have gone it has been wonderful but today I felt mad, emotionally, and confused. My son has covid symptoms, we are very scared and nervous as you'll can imagine. I have insurance i let the lady from the front desk I didn't have any money she said the appointment would be $110 she swiped my card that only had about $60 so the remaining balance was about $50 it was clear my son was sick!!! She asked about the balance and that's all i had so we had to cancel the appointment and I don't understand why it couldn't be left as a balance where is the compassion, the integrity, and the faith humanity. I felt so heartbroken and I thought to myself that's the very reason we are in a pandemic God bless you'll and I hope no one goes through this humiliation to tell your child you're not able to be seen over $40 something dollars!!!

Dr. Patt has been a great doctor to me and my siblings. I recently turned 18 and soon I will have to be leaving this Dr. Patt's care, I will miss her great compassion and extensive knowledge. She always has looked out for my best interest and those of my siblings. We have been going to MD Pediatrics for almost 3 years and have always been treated so well. I highly recommend this clinic (Bauchman Lake) to anyone. Thank you Dr. Patt!!

I have tried to get a hold of this office for three days in a row. This is my son‘s primary care but ever since Covid hit they have answered the phone that is prompted when trying to call their office. I’ve sent an appointment request and I’ve tried reaching out to the live agents but it says they are not available at this time. Mind you I had no one reach out for the appointment request I sent in. I unfortunately tried calling at least 10 times because my sons health is important for to me and have tried to get in touch with them since Monday and it is now Wednesday. After multiple attempts of calling I finally was able to reach someone through text. They were somewhat helpful and was able to schedule me a virtual appointment being that I’m out of town and my son has a rash on his face so I want to get it seen through his primary care best I can under the circumstances. They told me that it would be scheduled for today July 22 come to find out they scheduled me for the 23rd instead. At this point I’m very frustrated I tried calling again with the phone number prompted with their website when hitting the phone to call them. Still no response. Come to find out they have a completely different phone number listed at the top of their website that’s not very noticeable or in big font to find and was finally able to reach someone but when they scheduled my appointment they said your appointment is set for 9:15am but please give at least an hour in case they run behind. It is now 10:30am and I have still yet to have them call for our virtual appointment. I just don’t find any of this professional what so ever. I had no problem and have always had amazing care here before covid-19 started. I’m very frustrated and will now be looking for a new pcp. Sorry it’s come to this.

Every single time I come in, Sylvia at the front desk ALWAYS remembers my name and my kids names. She is SO kind and acknowledges me and all parents as soon as I/we walk in the front door whether with a patient or not. She even remembers the personal things I tell her from my previous visit(s) and asks me about them no matter how long it's been since I've seen her. Kudos to her and the entire front desk staff as well as all the MA's, nurses, and doctors on board. Thank you all so much for what you do, including open late (7 pm) and even open Saturday morning for us working parents! Single mamma's too. We love you!!

He was so kind and courteous, and he gave me the information I needed very quickly. I really appreciate this kind of customer service, and people like Will who are willing to spend the time to find in the information for me.

WORST PLACE EVER . Front office don't care , are rude. Some staff are nice and some are rude too, and some don't even know what they're doing , as well as giving vaccines . Go somewhere else where they care about your health and your babies too . Do NOT trust this place at all !!

It’s really concerning and disheartening at the same time that your organization doesn’t condone inappropriate behavior from the doctors you employ. I have been a patient for a very long time and I’ve witnessed and overheard multiple incidents of the Asian and Mexican doctor having inappropriate conversations, hugging, touching each other and or horse playing with a clinic full of patients. On multiple occasions it was sexual innuendos being exchanged from both parties and mind you this is a family clinic where you have young children and families coming in and out. This is definitely unacceptable to me and with regret I’ll no longer be bringing or referring my friends and family to the Buckner office.

I don't even know where to begin with this facility. I came in for the first time with my children and it will most definitely be the last. I am not one to write many reviews, but I feel that this place needs some definite changes not just for their "business" but because these patient's are being being treated poorly. My experience with the front desk staff was beyond disappointing, you have your employees consistently on their phones and making rude comments about patient's that walk up to their window. First off, people come here because their loved ones are sick not to be the talk of the office because you are "annoyed" with your position or to be ignored because your phone conversation is more important than a patient's need standing at your window. It is common courtesy to at least acknowledge a patient that is at your window and not have them standing there wondering if they are going to receive a response. I wasn't clearly able to see the receptionist badges because they weren't visible but there was a blonde young lady and another one with dark hair and glasses at the appointment's window having a conversation that did not apply to the work environment. I don't know if the other young lady was the manager or her title there, but it was very upsetting to know that there was no proper guidance. I do see that there are several unsatisfactory reviews at this place of business and it is kind of disturbing and an eye opener that the same issues continue to happen and the fact that patient's are being treated unfairly. How is it that a place of business doesn't at least attempt to make a decent change of staff or something so that patient's aren't treated this way? The provider we saw was nice and listened to my concerns but I did also feel a little rushed. As I mentioned previously, I have NEVER received such horrible service elsewhere but will be sure to never take myself, my children or recommend anyone to this clinic (MD Family Denton) due to the service we received. If ZERO stars could be given I would not hesitate to provide them.

I am not to happy with this place is managed. Some of the supporting staff is nice and the rates, to an extent, are affordable. However, I fill like I am "owned" and being tapped for money with how things are done. Appt scheduling is one thing but the adherence levels are low. I needed my prescription changed after discovering that it causes me allergic reaction I am forced to call me in for a other appt ($$) to have it changed. Not a happy camper. Not to mention that this clinic's automated phone system is always reporting the place as closed when I call around opening. Ugh!

If I could give zero stars I would. As someone who comes from a long line of doctors and nurses I know how a Dr office should run!! With that said I waited almost 2 hrs just to be seen for RESULTS on blood work that was taken a week ago. in ALL Dr offices there is a standard 15 min wait. Not 2 hrs. This was my second time there. My first time was worse. I could hardly breathe and wasn't seen or put in to a room until 2 hrs after my appointment and waited another hr before the the nurse come In. What is the scence of haveing people set appointments if they don't mean anything. This is by far the worst Dr office I have ever been to. The Dr herself if outstanding once you get to see her but out side of that zero stars

If i could give -0 rating i could. Dr. ISABEL MUNOZ IS VERY Unprofessional, it was my first and also last time i will be visiting this place. I was rushed and yelled at By her because she was such in a rush to leave on vacation, she didn’t diagnose us properly. She will not do what you tell her to do. The nurses are very rude and unexperienced, they kept poking us with needles bc they weren’t trained properly. She is also never available to contact. This place sucks.

i don't know what happened, but before the summer the place was fully staffed and full of energy and suddenly they are short by ALOT of employees. Usually that is because of management in my many years of working. Whatever happened you need the old manager back to not lose people or find leadership that keeps people. Retention. Look at Trump, he loses people everyday and they are miserable. I don't like seeing new faces everytime I go. Everyone looks miserable tired and just not as excited to be there anymore and maybe dont care about our health anymore. I may end up choosing another clinic for my family.

This place is horrible and they need better staffing. I had an appointment at 9:30 and I have been waiting for 30 minutes. When I asked the lady at the front desk she said that multiple people had an appointment for 9:30. Why would anyone schedule someone for that time when multiple people already have that time. So now I have wasted 30+ minutes of my time. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This clinic provided their services with excellence. I was very astonished by the level of care this medical clinic had to offer. I literally waited no more than 10 minutes to be serviced. With the type of service they provide and continuing to uphold their values, mission, and vision for their communities, I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the state of Texas. Edna Mariscal, The Regional Director of Operations was extremely helpful aiding in my process. Along with Veronica Salaices, PA-C who was my physician, has exceptional service in providing the best service possible. And also to mention Adriana Delgado as one of the best medical assistants this clinic has to offer.

If I could give it a negative star I would! I had an appointment at 8am and was not seen until 9:15!!! What’s the point of an appointment!!? Service is horrible. I came for results that should have been given to me a week ago but they never called me and when I tried calling they always sent me to voice mail. Very unprofessional! The girls at the front have terrible knowledge. Doctors are not even that great- one of them told me “I am just a family doctor, so you’ll have to see a specialist”. Save your time and go else where! I have so many complaints I couldn’t write all of them down even if I wanted to.

was there recently and have to say that the girls there are amazing as always, but everytime that one boy is there they tend to not be as overly excited to be there like they normally are. I have heard him speak and I have heard 5 year olds speak more clearly than him. Is that the type of management my favorite clinic hires? If i see him again I may just have to go elsewhere

I was seen at this clinic on Saturday (02/16/2019) the experience was satisfactory. It all started with the lady at the front I believe her name was (Ada), she was so patience and always smiling. Of course, at the beginning the Doctor didn't arrive early, but she didn't hesitated to let us know that the Doctor was on his way. I wish there was more young lady like her everywhere. Oh, and not to say the Dr. he went in and listen to what I had to say, wished I had gotten his name because I really did went in sick. He was also so patience with me. For this reason is why, I give this clinic 5 stars, if possible more. If anyone ever go to this clinic just know that the girls there will treat kindly and with respect.

I was seen at the clinic on January 29th and had a rather pleasant experience until I got to the checkout area. The front personnel had a new member that I had not seen before and he was terrible. I have been seen at this clinic multiple times and have never had an issue. The other Hispanic guy, Adrien, has never made me feel like I was a nuisance when I ask questions. I asked the medical assistant who the new kid was, and she responded that his name is Jose and something to the fact that he may be some sort of director. I truly believe this individual requires further intensive training under someone with experience before he is allowed to check patients out again. He lacks common etiquette when it comes to customer service. I was waiting for him to make eye contact and speak to me and he could not be bothered to look at me while he spoke. He also mumbled and spoke in a rather incoherent manner. I could not understand what he was saying to me. I asked him to repeat himself and it took him 3 tries before I was able to finally understand him. He needs to be taught to enunciate when speaking, make eye contact with patients, and to speak up while communicating with people. I felt like I was being checked out by a person that lacked appropriate social skills. I understand that the Americans with Disabilities Act gives civil rights protections to individuals with disabilities; however, someone with Autism or Asperger’s should not be placed in a social situation that makes them uncomfortable nor makes the patients feel uncomfortable at a place of business. Please place this individual in a location where he can be productive while not affecting the clinic business, because if he is a director of some sort then he is a reflection of leadership and that doesn't speak highly at all. To the rest of the staff and management I love them, but one individual will require me to give 1 star.

I asked multiple times to schedule my daughters 2 month check up ( she was 1 month at the time ) she kept trying to make an appt for 2 months from that day & wanted to catch an attitude when i corrected her. Ive had an issue with her every single time i have been in there. & also, they wanna play with me about my daughters health apparently. My daughter had an appt last saturday at 9 am about a rash & ended up having a protein allergy from her milk. I was told to switch her formula & we'd recieve a call from a dietician. I was never told what formula, so i took that upon myself to choose what i thought was best for her allergy & never recieved that call. Everytime i call to speak to someone i get hung up on!!! Is there any way i cam report this place or lady to someone? They DO NOT care about their patients.

Muy mal servicio. Fui el lunes de la semana pasada con mis dos hijos. Y hasta la fecha no han enviado la receta a la farmacia que les pedì . hoy dia tengo 20 llamadas hechas y no contestan. Ya tengo que cambiar a mis hijos a otro pediatra. Tenia desde el 2006 con ellos.

I love this after moving back to Dallas 6 years ago we starting comming here again they have everythinh! Doctors dentists and for ur eyes too they us to have a pharmacy too kinda sad that went away but yea pretty cheap place too like me i don't have insurance but it beats the ER who is over 2,000 i recommend thus place yes the wait is long yes they put you on hold so i do say go in person but i mean there a lot of people try Parkland lol then say something about this clinic love you guys!

Esta clinica puede estar ocupada, pero los médicos son muy profesionales y las chicas de enfrente hacen lo mejor que pueden con las personas que les gritan a veces. Sorprendidos no han gritado de nuevo. Jaja Como han dicho otros, la espera puede llevar un tiempo sin cita, pero sí te dicen que cuando entras y si eliges quedarte entonces ¿por qué quejarte? . Una vez que estás en la parte de atrás, las chicas de atrás también son profesionales y divertidas. No permita que los pocos comentarios negativos lo obliguen a ir a otro lugar, incluida la sala de emergencias, donde esperará todo el día. En resumen, todos son excelentes personas y gran cuidado, incluidos los precios.

Terrible service. My month we gets her medicine through them and they don’t care about customer service at all! Just awful! I’m going to check for other places for my mother. The lady we talked with on the phone was just ready to hang up the phone while we were just trying to see if my mother medicine was correct which it wasn’t! This place is terrible! I am just in disbelief! Why work there if you don’t care about the service if the customers????

My experience on today at this clinic was great, if I can give more it would be a 10. I was told I can either schedule an appointment or walk in. I know that this place gets busy so I risked it for a walk-in. When I get there they already had a full waiting room. Needless to say I had to wait, but oh well. The girls in the front are amazing and the ones in the back are exceptional as well. The Dr. (Rose) I think was her name also excellent in hearing all my problems and concerns her medical advise helped alot. I read all the negative comments about the wait, but it sure beats going to the ER and wait all day and not get seen. The girls at the front do say it is a bit of a wait so why complain if you decided to stay anyways. As for appointments same thing, it gets busy. I hope my stars and review helps this place that makes it very affordable for us all including prices for no insurance. Great Job, excellent team of Ladies.

Too bad I can not give zero stars or negative stars. I went in for an appointment, waited over 2.5 hours to see the doctor. The Dr wrote a prescription she said would cost about $20. However, when I got to the pharmacy, it was $140. When I called the following morning, the receptionist hung up on me twice, then told me the Dr would call a different prescription in to a different pharmacy. I called at 8:45am. When I called back hours later to check on it, at 11:15am, I was told the Dr would get to it when she got around to it but it would not be today. . It would have taken 5 mins max for the Dr to make the call. I have been put on hold repeatedly, and the receptionist has been unfriendly and completely lacking in empathy. They do not care if you are in pain or suffering, they just can not be bothered.

Our experience was great on Saturday. I was told I can either schedule an appointment or walk in on Saturday. I know that this place gets busy so I risked it for a walk-in. When I get there they already had a about 15 people signed in and it wasn't even 830 yet. Needless to say I had to wait, but oh well. The girls in the front are amazing and the ones in the back are exceptional as well. I read all the negative comments about the wait, but it sure beats going to the ER (Parkland) and wait all day and not get seen. The girls at the front do tell us it is a bit of a wait so why complain if you decided to stay anyways. As for appointments same thing, it gets busy. If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Such a horrible experience . I will never go back. You should avoid this place too!! I took my 1 year old BABY for a possible hernia, we are in between insurance so I even paid CASH. The doctor and the manager were probobly the only good thing about this place. Not only is it dirty . The front desk staff is horrible I have been calling since Monday and been put on HOLD FOR 1 hour, I called from multiple phones and I had them all waiting to try and get some HELP. My babys health clearly was not important to them. I finally gave up on Thursday and just went in for my follow appointment. I get there this morning (Friday) at 10:20 my set appointment was for 11. I complained about the phones and she completely ignored me saying “we were busy” well if you are so busy maybe your doctor needs more staff. I TOO WORK AT A DOCTORS OFFICE. So i completely understand when a clinic is busy. BUT Phone calls are your major way of getting patients! I don’t understand how this clinic is still functioning . THEN they call me back to charge me $65 for office visit NOT EVEN knowing what I’m coming in for. I told her i was there for results she said “WELL THE RESULTS ARE NOT IN” and neither is the doctor he saw last time, SO WHY DID I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND NO ONE CONTACTED ME! I ask her to let me speak to her manager, whoever the rude girl at the front. And while i remained sitting there i heard the manager CALL RELIANCE IMAGING FOR MY SONS report, meaning they NEVER had it.. but it was ready and when it was faxed over the front desk was refusing to give me the copy of my son report, for an ultrasound i paid cash for!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! They are horrible!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I’ve had one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with these people. Everything started when I came here to get my FMLA paperwork signed for my job. I was never notified all children’s pediatric switching to MD Kids pediatric. They told me because of the transition none of the doctors there have their certificates to see a bluecross blue shield patient. They sent me to the clinic down buckner in the MD family clinic. When I got there they tried to make me pay a copay for my daughter to be seen in order to sign the paperwork. I let them know she had just been seen at the clinic I just came from a few weeks ago. After a few minutes of going back-and-forth the office manager finally decided to let her be seen by Coding it as something else. I explained everything to the doctor that was seeing my daughter. I gave her the paperwork on Tuesday she advised it would be ready by Friday. I called Friday and they let me know it wasn’t ready so I came Monday to pick it up. After me coming up there and then they still tell me it’s not ready I went to work. After the whole day went by I called around 5 o’clock to check on the paperwork. I was told again the paperwork wasn’t ready and they were looking for the provider. They then call me back around 5:30pm and left me a voicemail saying something happened to the paperwork and they needed me to resend it. I resent the paperwork on Tuesday and was told they will call me when it’s done. They called a few hours later I went to pick it up and it wasn’t filled out correctly. So I let them know they tell me they will call me when it’s fixed. The day goes by no call. I drive back Wednesday I’m told they can’t fill it out I have to take it back to the other clinic. Now I’m up set at this point it’s the day before it’s due and they are giving me the run around. They send it over to the other clinic I drive back that way and they tell me they don’t have any of my child’s medical information and can’t sign the form, but there is a lady who comes in at 1pm who was there who can sign them. I told them I’m on a short time schedule and was advised they are open until 6pm. I wait 2pm comes around no call so I call them I’m told the lady Jennifer I believe her name was is at lunch an they will give me a call back as soon as she gets back. 4:30pm rolls around and I am still waiting. I call the clinic I’m told that the provider is seeing patients hasn’t had a chance to look at her notes and she will call back when she is done with the patients. 5:15pm comes no call so I drive up to the office I make it there by 5:45pm. The office is closed. No call. No paperwork.

Front desk was absolutely kind! And the medical assistant was AMAZING, she was very gentle and caring. She did not rush me like my previous experience I had with medical assistant. Then the Nurse Practitioner(Rose) I believe that was her name she was incredible! Answer all my questions and attended me so well! Thanks you all for being an AMAZING team! So unprofessional. You can supposly walk in or even if you have an appointment as early as they open, they still attend you 2-3 hours later. Their only excuse is that they don't have rooms. If you call they tell you hold on a moment and leave you hanging up to 25 minutes until you get tired and hang up. Do not recommend.

Very unprofessional!!!! I would give them no star but I can’t! 1st location in Garland said I can walk in on Tuesday or Saturday I arrived at 10am. Only to schedule me for a 11:40 appointment on Buckner .... arrived at 11:30 only for them to send me about 6 doors down to the correct location at 11:55 and I was told I couldn’t be seen until 1:40pm as if I have hours and hours to waste!

Much better that a few months before nut they still need to work with the staff people and the time and Dr Rose Tuguta is the best doctor my kids have had
