Job Title: Director, Analytics & Process Improvement 

Employer: Familia Care, Inc. 

Job Duties: Will be responsible for overseeing enterprise process performance and workflows while enhancing RCM’s operational efficiency. Will be responsible for RCM enterprise defined KPIs. Will perform gap analysis evaluations to identify areas or process, operations, policy, and procedure improvement. Will establish, implement, and revise RCM operational policies and procedures enterprise wide. Will recommend, develop, implement, and drive results by leading RCM project improvement plans to enhance company’s performance and provide scalability (automation). 

The specific duties of the position will include:  

  • Develop and execute process improvement directives and key performance indicators according to company goals, establishes KPIs for the process improvement team in line with the departmental and company goals.  
  • Collaborate with Operations department to avoid revenue loss from office integration to claims paid in Revenue Cycle.  
  • Manage and monitor procurement and resource allocation actions in Process Improvement department, monitor project management tools for utilization, completeness, and troubleshooting for RCM, and oversee analytics reporting and communicate with Management and support services about project, event or operation expectations and goals.  
  • Lead the process improvement of the RCM team by selecting, onboarding, coaching, developing, motivating, and evaluating staff. 
  • Monitor performance and lead the process improvement team to reach department KPIs in line with overall company goals, and act as the primary point of contact for all internal revenue cycle management diligence related questions.  

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any field), Health Information Management or Healthcare Administration (or foreign equivalent).  

Work Schedule: 40 hrs. /wk.; Monday – Friday.

Job Title: Director of Value Based Care 

Employer: Familia Care, Inc. 

Job Duties: Will be responsible for the efficient and effective implementation of projects throughout the company. Will coordinate with research, clinical and educational subject matter experts to develop strategies to optimally research, disseminate and implement state of the art science recommendations and other valid clinical practices for value based pediatric care across the company.  Will plan and participate in the identification, collection, analyses and presentation of key dissemination and implementation findings.  Will present recommendations to the Value Based leadership on how to improve the research, dissemination and implementation of clinical best practices and value. 

The specific duties of the position include: 

  • Apply knowledge of health care and database management to analyze clinical data. Lead the implementation, dissemination, and ongoing evaluation of programs to support platforms and regions to improve patient outcomes and contract performance along the Value Based Care spectrum.  Develop critical business insights and performance metrics through the use of complex clinical data analysis methods and modeling as well as statistical tools.   
  • Develop analysis to identify, report on and explain drivers of medical cost trends, including unit cost and utilization. 
  • Develop ongoing analysis and reports to monitor performance of clinical programs and interventions to impact quality and cost of care; evaluating processes and technologies. Analyze effectiveness of clinical interventions and cost of care initiatives and collaborating with clinical and operations teams to implement improvement opportunities.  Develop interventions to ensure key projects are effective, replicable, and scalable including key areas related to patient care & quality, clinician effectiveness, optimizing utilization of services, network performance, clinician productivity and population health.   
  • Develop presentations for external stakeholders including provider health plans, and other customers to explain total cost of care analyses, cost trends, and key cost of care levers. 
  • Participate in business process improvement efforts to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes. 
  • Work collaboratively with contracting team to evaluate cost of care benchmarks in risk bearing contracts and developing scenarios for savings opportunity. Contribute to production of protocols. 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration or medical related field, or foreign equivalent.

Job Title: Director, Revenue Cycle Management, and Integration 

Employer: Familia Care, Inc. 

Job Duties: Will be responsible for onboarding multiple acquisitions, implementing systems, and designing, applying and managing an effective billing process for all RCM functions.  Will be responsible for the successful integration and transformation of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations for acquired practices as part of the company’s growth strategy.  

The specific duties of the position include:  

  • Coordinates the onsite management and successful integration of acquired practices in responsible areas of transformation;  
  • Directs and streamlines billing and collection processes and balance accounts receivable, reconciling statements as needed;  
  • Manages and gives directions to support training staff when needed during on-site implementation of new processes, technology, systems, and integration;  
  • Oversees day-to-day change management activities and regularly analyzes measurable performance and KPI’s to ensure positive financial outcomes for the acquired practice(s);  
  • Reports acquisition’s practice performance to senior management;  
  • Collaborates with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure companywide compliance;  
  • Evaluates organizational efficiency and makes necessary changes to maximize staff productivity;  
  • Assists with special projects and reports to ensure maximum payments. 

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or foreign equivalent.
